Interesting to feel the difference! I went through a testing process for the bracelet, an experiment to see what happens. The test was standing on one leg and raising that same side arm while having that arm pushed down and checking strength and balance in that position. The first test was without the bracelet on my other arm and then with it on. The difference surprised me. I could clearly feel the change. With the bracelet on, my balance was a lot better, especially on my weaker left leg. I'd broken it pretty badly a few years ago and it's still not as strong as my right leg. But during the second test, standing on my left leg, having my outstretched left arm pushed down, when I was wearing the bracelet, I was quite balanced and strong.
