Our MOPA Amplifier is the only vacuum tube driven amplifier of it's type driven by the historical 812a vacuum tube. The pioneers of this technology used the 812a, an "air-wound" coil (no metal core) and a variable capacitor for tuning. 190 Watts Boosted Power Output!
You won't find a higher power output than the MOPA. Some of our competitors with fancy looking systems are running only 35 to 100 watts but with the MOPA you get the full power you're looking for (190 Watts) in a radiant plasma broadcasting system.
The frequencies are broadcast through a noble gas filled tube made out of pyrex glass. This is a specially designed antenna that can handle the power of the MOPA while still being compact.
Plasma also brings in the unique plasma induction. Plasma is considered the 4th state of matter; solid, liquid, gas and the 4th state of plasma which is an ionized gas. The Plasma State means the electrons on the atoms of the gases are no longer bound to the nucleus of the atoms. This creates a vibratory effect outside the plasma tube.
This is what we call "Plasma Induction" and the key to a plasma tube driven broadcasting system like the MOPA and GB4000. This is why it is operating "hands-free" and it's also why the full 190 watts is needed!
