Our policy lasts 60 to 90 days depending on the product. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but we have had to revise our refund policy in order to avoid abuse by some who have taken advantage of our kindness.

If 60-90 days have gone by since your purchase (depending on the product), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also, some products now have a 10% restocking fee. Exceptions (no restocking fee) to the restocking fee are GB4000, SR4, MOPA units in new condition with no scratches and Green 8 protection products.

If you are ordering just to use a product for a month please be advised that there are costs which we incur when you return a product and they will be passed onto you.

To be eligible for any exceptions to this return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all of the original accessories.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, nutritional supplements, flowers, newspapers or magazines (if we ever post any of these) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases but since we aren't selling anything like that it shouldn't create any problems.

Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition and in it's original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60-90 days after receipt (depending on the product). Please see the product page for the specific duration of any return policy to confirm the time duration but 90 days after receipt is the maximum time for any purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected and found to be returned in new condition, in the original packaging along with all the accessories, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The amount of time that it takes for you to see the refund on your end can vary depending on many factors which are beyond our control, including but not limited to the time it takes for your bank to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case that your shipping cost was discounted below our actual shipping cost, or if you received free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from any potential refund amount that you may be entitled to. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For international shipments the shipping quotes never include any duty fees or international tariffs which may be due upon delivery. Those fees will be your responsibility to pay.

General Shipping Policy:

In stock items often ship the next business day after we receive an order and we will even try to ship out the same day when possible. Some of our larger items are shipped directly from either the manufacturer or the importer and these items generally ship within 2-4 business days. If an item is out of stock or there is any sort of delay we will contact you and/or cancel/refund your order within 7 business days.
